IT Service Desk Analyst
One of Australia's leading financial institutes is looking for an experience Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a contractual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused, driven individual to join an organisation who pride themselves in a great company culture.
- Minimum 1-2 years' Service Desk Experience
- Microsoft Office (Windows 7 and 8.1)
- Active Directory
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
- Desktop/laptop network troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of ITIL or similar framework in incident and problem management
- Good knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
- Application troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional in oral and written communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills - with an ability to think laterally
- Self-motivated with a strong aptitude and desire to learn
