One of Australia's leading financial institutes is looking for an experience Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a contractual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused, driven individual to join an organisation who pride themselves in a great company culture.


  • Minimum 1-2 years' Service Desk Experience
  • Microsoft Office (Windows 7 and 8.1)
  • Active Directory
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Desktop/laptop network troubleshooting skills
  • Good knowledge of ITIL or similar framework in incident and problem management
  • Good knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
  • Application troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional in oral and written communication
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills - with an ability to think laterally
  • Self-motivated with a strong aptitude and desire to learn
