About your role:

  • Leadership role in service delivery
  • Responsible for all aspects of IT Service Delivery, which includes managing resources, budgets, procurement, SLAs, risks and issues registers, reporting, scheduling, etc…
  • Manage multiple clients/stakeholders simultaneously
  • Prepare communication plans, delivery plans, budgets, schedules, and related documentation
  • Prepare weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly reporting as required
  • Responsible for risk management and the implementation of mitigation strategies
  • Identify and manage issues and develop resolution strategies and approaches

About your experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT service delivery and ITIL processes
  • Current ITIL certification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
  • Excellent ticket and SLA management/reporting skills and experience
  • Proven track record in estimating, planning, tracking, resource management, change management, and risk/issue management
  • Proven experience in developing clear and concise documentation including client briefs, plans, processes, presentations, budgets, scheduling, and reporting
  • Good understanding and knowledge of technology, IT infrastructure, and the security industry
  • Highly desirable - previous experience (3+ years) working on IT infrastructure and security related projects
  • Highly desirable - project management certification (PMI/PRINCE2/AIPM)
