Interim Head of Finance

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished finance leader to step into a highly visible leadership role within a well regarded not for profit organisation.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll help shape financial strategy, lead a capable finance team and partner closely with the Executive Team and Board during a period of growth and transformation.

We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates from commercial environments who are looking to broaden their experience while continuing to operate at a strategic level or candidates with a background in commercial and not for profit.

As Interim Head of Finance, you will:

* Partner with the CFO, CEO and Executive Team on strategic financial decisions
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and long term financial planning
* Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
* Deliver insightful executive and board reporting
* Lead and develop and support the finance team across financial control, reporting and compliance
* Oversee cashflow, risk management and governance processes
* Support audit, statutory reporting and funding compliance requirements
* Drive process improvements, automation and finance transformation initiatives
* Provide high quality business partnering and commercial advice across the organisation
* Help ensure the long term financial sustainability of the organisation

About You

You may currently be a Senior Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Finance Director, or senior commercial finance leader looking for a unique opportunity to broaden your experience.

You'll bring:

* CA/CPA qualification
* Proven senior finance leadership experience
* Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
* Experience in supporting executives and presenting to boards
* A track record of developing teams and improving performance
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
