We're partnering with a well-established, national MSP who are continuing to invest in their infrastructure and client delivery capability. This is an opportunity for a strong L2 Engineer to step into a more consultative, value-driven role working closely with clients to uplift and modernise their environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Work across a multiple clients, advisory, project delivery and L2 support
• Engage directly with clients to assess current state and deliver practical, value-driven recommendations
• Attend client sites where required to assess, support, and uplift environments
• Work across a broad infrastructure stack including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking

Experience required:

• Experienced L2 Engineer with experience working for an MSP
• Exposure to both project delivery and BAU support
• Hands-on experience across a broad infrastructure stack including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
• Comfortable engaging directly with clients, including senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with a consultative mindset
