Our client in the Non-for-profit sector is searching for a temporary HR Generalist to join their team. Providing true generalist support, while the rest of the team focus on Covid-19 response, the right candidate will have experience to hit the ground running and not be afraid to take on any additional tasks that may come up. This temporary role will consist of anything from the employee life cycle through to recruitment and performance management with a focus on investigations and complaints.

The role:

  • Stepping in to take care of BAU while the wider team focusses on Covid-19 response
  • Heavy focus on investigations and complaints (Non-Covid related)
  • Managing ER matters including case management, managing grievances, work safe, misconduct and underperformance
  • Stakeholder management, throughout the wider business and across multiple sites
  • Assisting the permanent HR team where required

The right candidate:

  • 4+ years of HR Generalist experience including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employment relations
  • Extensive experience in creating and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in managing investigations and complaints
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or relative
  • Experience within NFP desirable, otherwise proven experience in multiple industries
  • A passion for people
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Resilience and the ability to pick up the role without much guidance
  • Immediately available
