Helpdesk Technician/ Service Desk Analyst
|Salary:||$55-65k + Super|
You will need to be very organised and a quick learner and have a passion for providing EXCELLENT Customer Service skills. Reporting to the Service Desk Team leader you will also have the support of a larger team around you.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Need to be able to drive and have own transport, as the role requires travelling between stores
- Good technical support knowledge and skills across Active Directory, Exchange, Office Suite, Windows Server 2008 and remote tools.
- Knowledge of VNP networking and Juniper Switches.
- Previous knowledge of POS systems would be an advantage
- Ability to problem solve basic hardware & software issues
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Very high standard of customer service
- An ability to think outside the box
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
