A leader in the Australian healthcare services industry is on the lookout for a dedicated, experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. This role will join the team on a short-term basis to support a system upgrade, providing phone-based hardware and software support to users.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in a similar phone based IT Support role
- Strong technical capability across Windows environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies/Active Directory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
