A Sydney CBD based, enterprise organisation has a fantastic opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic individual. You will be working within their IT Service Desk team, where you will have the opportunity to gain great exposure across their environment. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with a 'can-do' attitude, exceptional customer service skills and eagerness to expand their IT skills. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, including new user creations and procurement.

To be successful in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Have prior IT experience or a recent graduate of IT
  • Have an exceptional level of attention to detail and demonstrate that you are process driven
  • Be a fast learner and the ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate a true passion to expand your IT knowledge and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
