The Role:

  • Validate and process unit-holder transactions, i.e. applicants, redemptions, switches, off-market transfers and deceased estate transmissions
  • Respond to Unit-holder, Advisor and Fund Manager enquiries
  • Data entry of new and updated unit-holder information
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of various management and client reports
  • Identify and action client requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain the quality of files, ensuring all appropriate documentation and information is updated and accessible at all times
  • Adhere to all relevant internal policies and procedures

The Candidate

Successful candidates will have:

  • 1 - 3 years of Funds Administration experience
  • Willingness to learn and the desire to have a career in Fund Administration
  • Proven sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong networking, client management skills and sound communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent personal organisation and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation or tasks and diary management
