Financial Analyst with work from home 3 days

Are you immediately available with IFRS 16 /AASB 16 (Leases) experience?

Your next employer is a leading name in logistics and a part of the Australian supply chain. Located in a convenient location in Homebush, you will have lots of free parking when you're working in the office. At the moment, the team is working from home 3 days at home.

They have recently implemented Ms D365 and looking for someone to work with external consultants in their Asset Lease module. You will also develop your skills in a wider remit across different areas in finance including revenue recognition and analysis, and forecasting.

THE ROLE

Reporting for the Group Financial Controller, you will look after the following:

  • Prepare the accounting data including Fixed Assets and Leasing
  • Full ownership of the Asset Lease module project
  • Manage Lease accounting reporting
  • Accruals, trial balance and intercomany reconciliation
  • Working longside external consultants and internal project team
  • AR and AR reconciliations
  • Revenue recognition and analysis
  • Fixed assets
  • Payroll in a complex environment
  • Daily cash and bank, daily cash forecasting

ABOUT YOU

  • CPA or CA, open to any sector experience
  • MS Dynamics 365 is ideal but flexible
  • IFRS 16 knowledge is a MUST
  • Good excel analysis skills
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
  • With demonstrated stakeholder management
