Financial Analyst

Giant real estate investment manager is recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join their team.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance manager this role will see you partner closely with fund and development managers to drive commercial value through accurate tracking and reporting on projects.

You will join a young and established team and get the opportunity and exposure to work with different stakeholders across the board.

Duties include:

• Posting journals
• Track spending across various projects
• Variance to budget analysis
• Preparation of Monthly Feasibility Reports for active projects for both internal and external purposes
• Conduct investment analysis and benchmarking to provide senior management with financial information to support major investment decisions
• Assist in completing external valuations for development projects by providing a source information
• Pro-actively seek and implement process/systems improvements within the team and across finance.

Skills:

• CA/CPA or relevant finance degree
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in professional services/property/infrastructure
