Financial Accountant as Intercompany SME

Looking to speak to immediately available financial accountants who have previous experience in multi-entity environment.

I'm partnering with a leading FMCG brand for a Financial Accountant for their team, 3 months contract but because they are massively busy, there is a geniune opportunity to go permanent.

They looking for someone that can build capability and greater financial acumen across the team and business partners, whilst ensuring projects and continuous improvements are being delivered with end-to-end focus.

You'll be an expert in collaborating across multi-location teams and communicating effectively, with good working knowledge of financial reporting systems (including SAP).

ABOUT THE ROLE

• To support the delivery of key activities (on & off shore) covering timely completion, compliance with policies and managing business partnering relationships
• To support the management & delivery of Balance Sheet Governance reporting and manage Month-end close and intercompany transactions
• To drive actionable insights for business partners through timely reporting and analysis
• Support external audit requirements as required

ABOUT YOU

• Post qualified experience in a Business Services or Financial Accounting role
• Accounting qualification CA/CPA
• Solid understanding of accounting and taxation standards (Australian / NZ Tax, IFRS standards, accrual accounting principles).
• Experience in management and financial reporting to deliver meaningful insights, including big data and familiarity with SAP
