Due to their continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to run their end-to-end finance function. This is an autonomous role, reporting into the Managing Director, so the successful candidate must have similar experience, ideally in an SME.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Accurate and timely processing of financial reports
- Effective forecasting and management of financial results including cash-flow, sales and profit
- Preparation of the monthly Board Report; annual budgeting; commercial analysis and partnering with various departments such as Sales, Operations and Marketing to provide analysis and insights
- Process improvements in terms of reporting and systems; AR/AP & Payroll; other ad-hoc duties as required.
Ideally, you will be CA/CPA qualified and have ideally held a similar role preferably in an SME. Given the breadth of the role, you will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end finance function. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to influence the business. You will be happy to get hands on and help set up processes that will improve efficiency.
Your ability to time-manage and help drive the organisation forward from a finance point of view will be the key to your success in this highly visible role. My client is looking for their next Finance Leader and this role will offer considerable development and progression for the right person.
