Finance & Administration Manager

Award winning Sydney creative and digital agency is recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Our client is looking for an all-rounder Finance Manager who will oversee all the corporate and statutory reporting as well as be responsible for the day to day office management.

Work amongst a dynamic bunch or creatives in a close-knit office!

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of accounts and finance function
  • Responsible for all taxation, BAS, GST, PAYG, superannuation, payroll, and income tax
  • Internal controls
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Transactional accounting to trial balance
  • FBT returns
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis

Office Management:

  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Oversee day to day management of property
  • Liase with other tenants and building manager on building issues
  • Liase with external IT provider on all IT issues

Experience:

  • CA/CPA essential
  • Experience in a similar environment essential- creative/digital agency or architecture
  • Proven experience in a similar role - management experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on Paparika before
