Finance Business Partner

International Manufacturer is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their tenured team

This business facing role will be responsible for the full spectrum of management reporting and business partnering with finance, sales, and supply chain.

The business has more than 2000 different specialised products. This role will see you working closely with the sales team to analyse the pricing and costing structures and drive change.

Candidates with a background in manufacturing who can work in a fast-paced environment is urged to apply.

Duties include:

• Key coordinator for ANZ annual budgeting and regular forecasting process
• Develop and ensure that the various forecast processes in ANZ are being performed in a systematic and efficient manner
• Annal budget and regular forecasts
• Management consolidation of ANZ financials
• Monitor and provide analytics to ANZ team to drive business decisions
• Work closely with Management team to support sales growth. This includes monitoring key sales drivers, price increase initiatives, sales efficiently and project pipelines
• Consolidate, review and analysis on ANZ level of financials & KPIs - BU and Country view

Skills:

• CPA/CA qualified essential
• Product costing and pricing knowledge with hangs- on experience in a similar role
• Preference will be given to candidates from a manufacturing background
• SAP knowledge essential
• Hands on, willing to deal with details and is meticulous
• Resourceful and work independently; ability to work in matrix structure
