Job Title: Field Sales Administrator
Location: Darwin
Length of assignment: 5-month contract role
Hours: 10:00am-2:00pm, 5 days a week

An opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Sales administrator to join the Field Sales team of this leading FMCG Company. This role would see you be the first point of contact for the Field Sales team across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Field Sales Team including;
    • Answering & making phones, Data Entry
    • Maintaining of equipment, filing system & databases
    • Research, Presentations and updating internal systems
    • Travel & meeting arrangements, equipment management
    • Supporting with the preparation of quotes and invoicing
    • On-boarding/off-boarding of field sales employees
    • Manage Field Team/Rep Rosters
  • Manage & Run special events & conferences
  • Cultivate of B2C sales enquires
  • Build & maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate solutions and manage expectations of each client
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Meet deadlines to ensure a fast turnaround time

Knowledge & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a related sales role
  • Background in Administration, events or as an EA- Preferred
  • Successful experience in fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Experience using SAP- preferred
  • Experience supporting and coordination of external logistics businesses
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
