We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the company's Marketing lead and global team to continue to grow and roll out their digital strategy.
Key elements of the role where we are looking for experience would be:

  • Digital Design
  • Project management
  • Management of web maintenance/development requirements
  • Web analytics/reporting
  • Social strategy
  • Strong design background

With paid search activities accounting for a large part of incoming web traffic, we need someone with strong skills in this area along with a strong general background in digital and social. You will work with agencies for a lot of production work but someone with a strong background in design would be hugely beneficial. You will also work alongside an external agency in developing a social strategy as moving forward this will be a huge part of the overall digital strategy.

The company offer a flat management structure with the senior team sitting alongside everyone in the office - this is a small company with a big turnover and as such has a "family" feel to it. Stakeholder management skills are a must as you will be working across a number of different sites and coordinating works across this, on a global scale, will involve the collaboration of the team

Experience required:

  • At least 3 year's experience in a similar role
  • A degree in a relevant field would be great but not necessary.
  • General Digital Marketing experience across paid search, web, social at a strategic level
  • Great communicator, being able to communicate ideas to senior management team.
  • Ability to demonstrate previous success
