The Role

  • Assessment, investigation, and timely actioning of financial assistance requests from customers and Financial Councillors
  • Ensure all telephone calls/emails and correspondence received are answered or responded to in a timely manner and recorded in the system,
  • Undertake process improvement initiatives
  • Identify and report possible preventable complaints
  • Assist with hardship request of customers
  • Ad-Hoc duties

Skills and Experience

  • Previous hardship management experience preferred
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions
  • Srong customer orientation
