Data Migration Analyst - SuccessFactors

Job description

An experienced Data Business Analyst is required to support the migration of HR and payroll data into a new enterprise SuccessFactors instance. This role plays a key part in ensuring data quality, accuracy and successful delivery across a large transformation program.



Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of HR and payroll data migrations into a single SuccessFactors environment.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation and loading activities across multiple legacy systems.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to understand, validate and map complex data sets.
  • Design and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues in a timely manner.
  • Track progress, risks and issues across migration activities and contribute to clear project reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and artefacts.


About you

  • Proven experience in data migration on large scale system delivery or transformation programmes.
  • Hands on experience with SuccessFactors, Workday or a similar enterprise HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL tools, data modelling, mapping and transformation techniques.
  • SQL querying and database management skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail focused and confident working with complex data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across cross functional teams.
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a complex cross functional role.


Desirable

  • Experience working in the public sector or other highly regulated environments.
