Customer Insights Analyst
Working within the Customer Services Team, the Customer Insights Analyst will be an integral part of delivering the customer/business insights, increasing the digital interactions and the customer journey with a focus on the online customer journey and increase the customer engagement experience.
In this role you will gather customer data and provide insights and feedback on performance. Alongside the BI team, you will generate reports to feed into status reports and partner with Marketing to understand customer trends and contribute to customer services insights.
The successful candidate will have experience in analytics, focused in customer data and a proven ability to communicate with stakeholders. You will have a methodical approach to business challenges and identifying critical elements of a problem. You will have experience with tools including SQL/SAS, Tableau and Adobe Analytics.
