The Company:
This well-known finance company is based in the Sydney CBD and is looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager to join their long standing and established team.
The Role:
As a Client Delivery Manager you will be a key member of the Product Optimisation and Delivery Team for this company. You will support this busy and fast paced business as your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of specialists to project manage transitions, plan changes and terminations from prioritisation through to implementation
- Focus on continual improvement of the underlying delivery capability and efficiency
- Customer-facing project management for the end to end transition of large superannuation clients from external administrators (including insurance takeover)
- Managing relationships between key stakeholders and service providers such as operations and technology for delivery of some elements of the transition service proposition
- Working with the broader Product Optimisation team to drive initiatives to improve our ability to win new and retain existing customers, and improve customer experience

- Experience in driving product delivery, project planning, estimation and reporting
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills (liaising, maintain credibility)
- Experience in the employer superannuation industry (transitions & insurance designs)
- Ability to manage a team of specialists in the delivery of change initiatives
- Sound understanding of project/change management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
- Demonstrated business improvement, engagement, and analyst abilities
- Ability to challenge the status quo, implement agile changes, energise staff, support change
- Competent communication, facilitation, interpersonal and team building skills
