Our client is currently looking for a call centre analyst to join their team out in their Toowong office. You will be responsible for looking at the analytics and insights of their call centre.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in dialler operations, sales operations or call centre operations
  • Strong insights & visualisation tools using Tableau/Power BI/Qlikview
  • CtM Workforce experience
  • IT related qualifications highly desirable
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Stakeholder Management skills
