Bids & Tender Specialist

Opportunity

I am recruiting for a hands-on plus strategic Bids & Tenders Manager to join an organisation based in Western Sydney. It has significant market presence across Government, commercial & retail property markets.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the process for bids/tenders, pricing and cost modelling.


What you will do

Responsibiltiy for end to end proposal submissions. Craft technical responses covering operational methodologies, fleet logistics, and advanced sustainability/circular economy initiatives.

Partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to build competitive pricing models that protect margins while ensuring high win rates.

Ensure every submission meets strict EPA regulations, WHS metrics, and ISO standards (9001/14001).

Oversee contractual rate review mechanisms, annual price adjustments, and variation modeling across existing strategic accounts to protect revenue streams and support the businesse' 5 yr growth trajectory.

About you

• Bids & Tenders experience highlt desirable: owning the process riting and managing complex bids, RFTS and RFPs
• Pricing and cost modelling experience
• Industry experience in facilities, logistics, waste, resource recovery or commercial cleaning / property services highly regarded
• Pro-active approach with a can-do attitude
• Open to initially fully office based with potential for transition to hybrid later
