Application Technical Support
My client, and leading SAAS provider working in the field of Data Analysis and Visualisation are currently seeking an experienced Application Technical Support to join their exciting operation, and expanding team.
As Application Technical Support you will be working with new client integrations as well as existing clients.
Skills and Experience;
- You will be required to carry out new client integrations through scripting and configuration work
- Platform monitoring
- Be able to deploy new clients
- Extensive Windows and Linux operating systems
- Exposure to highly available 24x7 operations
- Certified AWS SysOps Administrator or AWS DevOps Engineer not essential, but highly desirable
- Occasional "out of hours" work
- Excellent communication skills
