My client is a global organisation with an opportunity in a support role for the Clients across Australia. This role will suit a highly technical individual who enjoys working with a range of responsibilities and in a hands on capacity. My client is within the financial services and requires an individual that has previous knowledge of the equites markets. This role will suit a motivated individual that is looking for their next opportunity and challenge.
- Monitoring problem detection and resolution.
- Assist with client on boarding.
- Manage client application upgrades and new functionality deployments.
- Provide Support for SQL and in house application integrations.
- Knowledge of LINUX and windows with 2+ years experience of working in the Technology Industry within brokers, asset managers or trading system vendors.
- 2+ years in writing SQL on any of MSSQL, Oracle and Sybase database enviornments.
- FIX certification/connectivity experience.
- System development or hands on support background with emphasis in financial help desk or customer support (tier 2) experience.
