Reporting to your team leader your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Account inquiry requests
- Annual customer due diligence reports
- Overlay and account profile forms
- Transaction monitoring
- Sanctions screening
You will be an immediately available candidate who is experienced in customer service and are looking to get into financial services. You will have the ability to communicate effectively and gain the information needed with a high level of customer service. Having a background in banking will give you the best chance to succeed at this role.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years' experience in an outbound customer calling environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to speak Mandarin is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
