AI Associate

My client - a major international insurance business - is looking for an AI Associate to join their team in Sydney.

Reporting to a senior business leader, you will support operations/admininstration, HR coordination, IT liaison, client delivery, business development, AI projects and market research initiatives.

The role will help drive business growth by building smart tools and agents, whilst simultaneously developing the commercial acumen required to transition into an experienced Business Development professional or Client Partner in the insurance sector.

About you

• Degree-qualified - Tech, Commerce, Business Administration, MBA, HR or related
• Exposure to the insurance industry - familiarity with terms such as underwriting, claims, broking, or reinsurance. As part of studies can also be considered
• Some professional (1-2 yrs) experience required - good internships as a minimum
• Pro-active mindset, strong attention to detail, proficient with MS office suite
• Strong AI-literacy: prompt engineering, agent creation, data extraction and development collaboration skills
• Commercial & strategic mindset: able to leverage market research & AI tools for client mapping & process improvement
• Passion for the insurance domain & desire to advance your career in it
