Helpdesk / 1st Level Support role within a Global Software Company.
An opportunity is available for a Help Desk Analyst / 1st Level Support Analyst to join a global software business.
Be part of a well-established, growing company that is renowned for it's culture and service. You'll be part of a team of 10 established, knowledgeable professionals that all work together to provide support of the product. You'll be given in depth training on the product offered which is constantly being evolved.
It's a fast paced environment so you'll need to be able to deal with customers in a calm and collected way under pressure. Sometimes you'll work with other members of the team to resolve more complicated issues so you'll be comfortable in a collaborative work environment.
