My background:​

​PEOPLE ARE INCREDIBLE! We are constantly making gigantic leaps of achievement: the Wright Brothers invented flight, Michelangelo carved the Pieta from solid marble, Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon on 21st July 1969, and we built the freakin pyramids! The list goes on.

Give a person the right tools and skills, and put them in the right environment, and amazing things can happen.

Making moves or changes in your career often brings about a lot of different feelings, some positive, some not. When I made my move into recruitment, the experience was seamless. I landed here at Ambition, not by any coincidence or chance, but through a person who understood me as well as their client, the match was perfect. Knowing that I had someone looking out for me and guiding me in the right direction, made the whole experience very positive. I’d like to pass this type of experience on to everyone I work with.

After a career working in insurance, and then leading and developing my own business, recruitment was a natural next step for me. Mostly because I love building relationships, truly getting to know people and assisting them.

Outside of work:

My life is full of food and wine, I often joke that my whole career is preparing me to open a restaurant and bar. You’ll catch me at the markets on Saturday morning picking out the best produce with a spicy bratwurst and coffee in hand.
