My background:

Originally from Venezuela, after graduating with a Bachelor of International Business in 2012. In 2015 I moved to Australia and discovered my passion for recruitment working in different industries since then. I have previously worked for global recruitment agencies having the chance to explore different areas within the Technology space including DevOps, Cloud, Solution Architects, Helpdesk Support, and Project Services.


I currently specialise in Project Services and Cyber Security recruitment at Ambition. Throughout my career, what has been consistent throughout, is my desire to help others. That is why I love recruitment. I get to help others, understand their drivers and career ambitions, and ultimately match them with the right opportunity. I am driven to always grow and develop my understanding of IT, as well as providing a ‘true’ service. By that I mean, I do what I say I’m going to do. I update my candidates and clients, even when there is no update. No news is news and I feel it’s important to keep both stakeholders updated throughout. It’s the small things I do that I believe make me a good recruiter.


Outside of work I love to keep myself busy exercising, doing outdoor activities, or catching up with friends enjoying this beautiful city.
