We follow a traditional Executive Search Model, employing targeted headhunting combined with strategic networking. The majority of our assignments are gained from repeat business or referrals, but what really sets us apart is our assignment completion rate in excess of 95%.
Assignment briefing via client meeting, championing the views of a number of individuals within the client organisation allowing us to gain an in-depth understanding and insight into the objectives of the role, function, candidate profile and issues involved.
Production of a strategic search document, outlining our recommended strategy including targets list and proposed timetable. This target list will identify specific individuals, organisations and sectors that we feel should form the focus of the search.
