Ambition is the most innovative careers, recruitment and contracting firm in Australia, Asia and Europe. We were founded in August 1999 by two of the region’s most experienced recruitment executives, Nick Waterworth and Paul Lyons, and listed on the ASX in November 1999.

We have grown considerably in scope and now have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
